We keep things simple by preserving the natural state of our 30-acre Colorado riverfront property. You won’t find any artificial light here — just nature, good times, and sky filled with Texas-sized stars. With tube, kayak, canoe rentals, and more we’ve got your fun covered.

Forest Sites
Nestled beneath shady Texas tress and tucked away from the crowd, our primitive forest sites are a great option for a little more privacy and a lot more green.

Our Forest Sites are our most basic option, but also provide the most privacy as we limit the number of bookings in this area. Choose your spot upon arrival (look for the green numbered signs). Fire pits are included at all Forest Sites.
River Sites
Located right along the river’s edge with picturesque waterfront views, picnic tables, and beach access nearby.

Our River Sites are within close access or provide a great view of the river. Every camper has access to our beach area which is near site 18. All River Sites have fire pits and picnic tables.
River PLUS Sites
Lush riverfront sites with a private floating dock for fishing, grilling, and all other on-the-water festivities.

All of our River PLUS sites have direct river access and include a fire pit and a picnic table.
